Achilles en het Zebrapad plot

A youthful moped courier wants to participate in a competition for the 'happiest consciousness'. He thinks he has a chance to win the main prize because he can neither see into the past nor into the future and is therefore condemned to an oppressive existence in the here-and-now. The film begins with a heady moped ride through Amsterdam. An encounter with a young mother almost run over throws the speed demon off balance. He realizes that because of his hectic lifestyle he hardly has time to process the impressions he has gained. When he does the trip again slowly, he starts to look at his surroundings with different eyes.
