Jeremy Thomas, producer of 'The Last Emperor', makes an annual pilgrimage by land and sea to the Cannes Film Festival. He travels from London in an old sports car, often with one or two close friends. This year, director Mark Cousins is also with us, and he's filming while they're out and about. Their unconventional tour will take in monuments and people connected to the producer's life and films. From the Paris locations featured in Bernardo Bertolucci's 'The Dreamers', to Lyon, the birthplace of cinema, and on to the festival on the Riviera.
