Bijna 18 plot

Rigel, Batanay and Giovanni, aged 16 and 17, are all three incarcerated for violent robberies. Through their eyes, the film looks at the day-to-day running of a juvenile detention center and at the ways in which 'the system' tries to change them. Now the boys are still children. When they turn 18, their choice, state or street, will have greater consequences.
