A Fork in the Road plot
"For every couple who has never killed each other."
Will, an escaped convict, accidentally flees into a barn where the same night the owners, April and Martin, get into a terrible argument. A gunshot is fired. April drags Martin's body out and discovers Will. He convinces her that he is not there to harm her, but has now witnessed the murder, so they must work together or both go to jail. When the two want to make Martin's body disappear, they discover that he is not dead. Making the body disappear turns into a nightmare of kidnapping. As the two try to control events, they find they have to make some hard choices in order not to lose everything.
