Witless Protection plot
"Protecting America's assets."
A small town sheriff witnesses what he believes is a kidnapping and rushes to free the woman in question. However, the kidnappers turn out to be FBI agents tasked with protecting and escorting the woman to an important trial in Chicago. However, the sheriff discovers that the FBI agents have in fact been bribed and must kill the woman.
