Air Force Officer Colonel John Burton has been tasked with leading an investigation into the infamous Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle, an army unit that is not running smoothly. Burton is of good will, but is constantly opposed by Major General Partridge. It seems Partridge has a big secret to keep.
