William 'Skipper' Miller is a charming old man who is loved by all his neighbors. What they don't know is that he is also Mister 880, a counterfeiter who has managed to evade the Secret Service for 20 years. The reason why the investigation into his case has been hindered has not only to do with the size of his file, but also the fact that his numerous accounts with small amounts are of an amateurish nature and the obvious typographical error "Wahsington" contain.
