Le Argent Fait le Bonheur plot

An urban district of Marseille is populated with people from all shores of the Mediterranean. According to the awake pastor, there are 953 inhabitants, of which 456 are unemployed, 302 alcoholics, 251 thieves, 220 fascists, 220 Islamists, 192 drug addicts, 59 people who are HIV-positive and three communists. Despite his unbridled efforts, his community is threatened by a schism from two rival youth gangs. Then the priest unexpectedly receives "help" from the mothers, who take over the criminal territory and incite their children to steal from the rich (and distribute it among the poor).
