The day before May 10, 1981, Primo and Gabrielle meet. They are both eighteen years old. She is part of the Parisian bourgeoisie, he is the son of a middle class. Primo is blinded by the charm of Gabrielle and the girls around her. He decides to twist reality a bit to please them and invents a whole new family tree for himself. He lies and makes up for his empty wallet with daring tricks and imaginative stories.
