Lenny Feder (Adam Sandler) decides to return with his family to the hometown where he and his friends used to grow up. But then comes their last day of school for the children. And on a crazy day full of surprises, the tables turn, and it's the kids who teach the adults a lesson.

Flat floor underpants fun at its best,
Again seen the most silly humor that went a bit further than part 1. The Grown Ups are not stars in storylines, tight scripts and other frills, but for an evening of laughter if you like flat comedy.

The MovieMeter posts about part 1 said a few times that part 2 is actually a bit stronger because it contains a bit more plot, but I didn't really notice that much. At the most, some attention is paid to the presence of bullies (in part 1 Sandler's old schoolmate, in part 2 Spade's son), but that problem is brushed aside in an embarrassing way when everyone actually becomes best buddies quite quickly. . Furthermore, I have an eye for feminine beauty, but the fact that both the beautiful extras and the female stars (including Hayek) constantly have to show off their décolletés (and sometimes even shake them nicely for the male viewer) at a certain point got to me. - and just when you think it couldn't get any worse Kevin James and Maria Bello end up in a car wash where their car will be washed with an excess of breasts... and then the signs are hung up and they turn out to be right against male flesh (although it is a pity that the humor card is drawn : if James / the male viewer can adore his daughter's dance teacher, why can't Bello / the female viewer be surrounded by all sexy bodybuilders instead? by comical types with eighties pants and T-shirts under which little musculature can be guessed?). That's how the whole movie is from scratch: just when I think I've had enough, another good joke comes along, and when the humor gets a little too much, the actors manage to deliver a touching moment. to come up with. And the most remarkable thing is that I still like it.
