Fauteuils d'Orchestre plot
Catherine is the princess of the small screen. Yet she only dreams of intimate cinema and intellectual recognition. At night she shoots the 100th episode, during the day she rehearses for a comedy that will premiere on the 17th. Gifted, praised and overbooked: Jean-François performs in the most beautiful halls and with the best musicians in the world. All he wants is solitude, freedom and an ignorant and naive audience. He will play Beethoven on the 17th. That same 17th, Jacques sells everything and Jessica takes her chance in Paris, as a waitress in a café opposite two theaters. In this cafe everyone - actress, pianist, collector, janitor, son of one, mother of the other - comes to comfort themselves with a cup of coffee and a piece of cake...
