Die Austernprinzessin plot
Quaker, the uncrowned "Oyster King", is so rich that hardly anything can surprise him anymore. Only the wish of his daughter Ossi, who has said that he would like to marry a real prince, still worries him. He offers the fallen Prince Nucki a hefty dowry if he will accept the hand of Quaker's daughter. But Prince Nucki does not fully trust the affair and therefore first sends his good friend Josef to investigate.
