Hm, I expected it all to be a bit funnier, they sometimes took the drama a bit themselves. Even though it's mostly women we follow, it didn't bother me. The film looked good and the playing time was good, not too long and not too short.
Nice to have seen, but it didn't become a super funny comedy.

For a rom-com, this movie isn't even that predictable. For the first twenty minutes or so, the three bridesmaids come across as terribly obnoxious and dysfunctional, making the film boring to watch, but gradually, deep down, they appear to have some sense and decency. Dunst and especially Kaplan steal the show, while Fisher's character remains quite flat. Few really good jokes and dialogue, but overall quite comical. Tight pace and good length.
