"What's the worst thing you've ever done?"
Every Tuesday evening, radio host Stevie Bricks invites his listeners to call and share their stories. When he asks people to share the worst thing they've ever done, high school teacher Ron Welz can't resist. That turns out to be a big mistake: he has set in motion a series of hilarious and uncontrollable events. He puts his marriage and the relationship of another couple at risk. It gets even worse when he is sent pictures of body parts. Wheel wants to torment him? An impudent high school student? His best friend? His wife? There are over eight million people in the Naked City and everyone is a suspect.
