"Legends never die"
This biography tells the story of the rise and turbulent career of one of the most famous rappers that hip-hop culture has spawned: Tupac Shakur. Considered by many to be the best representative of the gangsta rap of all time. He holds the record as the best-selling rap artist with more than 75 million records sold worldwide. However, he comes into contact with the law several times. His life ends tragically during a shooting in 1996.

Tupac is a really nostalgic rapper to me and I think I expected more of an 8-mile-esque movie. It was a bit disappointing actually...
The way of telling with flashbacks with the interviewer for example. I found this quite messy and confusing where in the story timeline we were actually.
It took a bit long, there were some super short scenes that were superfluous, which made the first part of the film go too fast in my opinion and the last part was very long.
Meh. Just expected more I guess.

I thought it was a very good movie. Actors look exactly like the real "characters" (except for Snoop Dogg). The film lasts 2 hours and that is more than enough. It's nice how every part of life is portrayed and I thought the acting was very good.

All Eyez on Me is a film where I don't know what to think of Tupac anymore. Considering his oeuvre and age a successful person, but given his choices and lifestyle not really something to envy. But as said, one thing seems to reinforce the other.
