The first scene is typical: a clone of the phenomenal original, but just less in quality. The music is very mediocre (and therefore also annoying as a constant interruption), the animation is less fluid, less detailed and less mobile, plus with a real diorama effect which is never very nice, and it is therefore a repetition of moves. The story never comes to life, some shots seem literally copied, Timon and Pumbaa are especially annoying, and Simba's behavior is not immediately very understandable and the moral is also very high. So thick, in fact, that some characters literally say what the viewer already has to think. Obviously for very small children: boring and annoying. 1.0*.
