This anime tells the story of the alternate Dragonball Z future, when Goku dies from a virus. After Goku's death, the Earth is terrorized by the Cyborgs #17 and #18, killing more than three quarters of the world's population, including Z-fighters Vegeta and Piccolo. Only Gohan and Trunks are left to fight the cyborgs, but when even Gohan goes down in battle, the future looks very bleak for Earth and its inhabitants...
