Weed-smoking friends Cheech and Chong experience the most bizarre adventures due to their excessive drug use. As usual, they are continuously stoned. This time they meet a very special new friend, the crab named Buster. They also watch a strange TV show: Let's Make a Dope Deal, where prizes are paid in drugs.
