Thomas en Senior op het Spoor van Brute Berend plot

One day, when Senior is wandering aimlessly through the city, his attention is drawn to wreckers tearing down an old building. Senior discovers an old ship model among the rubble. He takes it home and begins studying old ship logs and nautical charts. Thomas also shows an interest and before he knows it he finds himself on a new adventure with his friends and Senior.

Moderately exciting youth film/series. However, I personally prefer the old youth series De Zevensprong from the 80s. That was really more exciting, more atmospheric. However, I did enjoy myself somewhat with this youth film/series. But it also remains truly Dutch. The actors do their best, Karst's direction is too Dutch (in my opinion).
