Ice plot

"The ultimate disaster... The world is covered in ice"

A small meteor strikes the sun, with disastrous consequences for the temperature on Earth. Los Angeles, like the rest of the world, is covered in a layer of ice and snow. The government falls and a state of emergency is declared. Along with a group of survivors, Officer Robert Drake heads for Long Beach Harbor to join physicist Dr. Kistler to flee on a government ship. Their target is Guam, the only area on Earth where it is still warm and sunny.
