Chuck Noland is a high-ranking official at FedEx who puts his work ahead of his personal life. While flying with a cargo plane, the plane is caught in a storm. When part of the payload explodes, the plane crashes into the Pacific Ocean. Chuck manages to escape from the plane as it sinks and washes up on an island. While his loved ones live under the assumption that he is dead, he devises ways to survive and escape.

Modern Robinson reworking with a very lived-in role of Hanks as a Fedex agent whose plane crashes into the ocean and where he uses survival techniques from our most distant ancestors to survive on a remote island: build fire, weapons to hunt, and not in the dark. at least a companion to communicate with (Wilson) 
. It is unbelievable to say that a person can survive four years in such circumstances: you become ill and malnourished long before that due to lack of vitamins. In any case, it makes for a good movie. You could guess the ending with the girlfriend from the start.
