The Second Front plot
"The fate of millions rested on one man"
While World War II is in full swing, the intelligence services of England, Germany and Russia fight over Nicky Raus, a brilliant German-Jewish researcher who is developing a weapon of unprecedented power. When Raus is kidnapped in a spectacular way by the Germans, America gets involved. Secret agent Frank Hossom is tasked with getting Raus out of the hands of the Germans again, at any cost. A complicating factor in this mission is that Frank becomes involved with Olga Ryabine, Nicky's girlfriend. She is an actress who is forced to work for the KGB. The love triangle and international intrigue form a deadly web in which Frank becomes more and more entangled.
