Drug dealer Mike tries to get himself and his 5-year-old daughter Angel out of the dangerous heroin trade and enlists the help of undercover cop John Hebron. While trying to save his sister's life, Mike is killed and Angel ends up with John. The drug lords kidnap her and threaten to kill her if John doesn't help them. John must go against his conscience and use everything he ever learned in the Secret Service to save the girl before it's too late.
