Mandy plot

That was a trip to me, I have you there.....very original video.
Bombastic colors follow each other and splash off the screen. Both the viewer and the protagonist Red Miller experience this film/event as a trip 
.
For horror fans like me, there is plenty of fun and enjoyment, yet the fantasy genre should not be missing in this film.
Nic Cage back?........it's definitely a good start because he plays a top role and actually everyone puts down really cool roles here.....especially the crazy ones

No unfortunately this was not it. Panos's debut didn't appeal to me in the least, it had almost no buzz, this one did, so perhaps he had made some jumps. Unfortunately, he has gone backwards if possible. Actually, I knew it from the start. Terrible song, annoyingly old-fashioned filmed. I went along for a while, maybe the atmosphere would still work on me. But when the Philips ambilight lighting made its appearance, it became increasingly clear that Panos does not have it. Man, that lighting was often ugly. The low point is when someone is holding some kind of amulet and someone has turned on the green light on the lamp. Nic Cage is also witty bad, the scene in his underpants only he can get away with. Fits in the list of the bees not the beeeees! Story is poorly developed. Everyone including Mandy is so insufferable that you don't feel very much about the revenge part either. I also find guys in those sm leather suits anything but scary. Maybe gay. And I don't think gays are that scary.
Perhaps because there is little quirky made in America that we are quickly satisfied. But for me this was amateurish.

When the end credits roll on the screen, I suddenly realize what a hallucinatory viewing experience Mandy has been. Completely overwhelmed by the psychedelic images and soundtrack, you are in a cinematic LSD trip for two hours. Furthermore, a wonderful tribute to the 70's/80's grindhouse films with bittersweet revenge as the theme in which gore is not shunned. Excess benefit.
