"In the face of fear, the law abides."
After foiling a robbery in the gold-plated town of Red Ridge, Texas, the sheriff locks up a mysterious stranger suspected of having ties to the gang of outlaws terrorizing the townspeople. But as the sheriff gets closer to uncovering the identity of the outlaws, the ghosts of murdered townspeople begin appearing on his doorstep. He wonders if the spirits are warning him or seeking revenge for his own failure to protect them.
