A veteran CIA assassin has been secretly getting his assignments through newspaper advertisements for nearly two decades. When his long-lost daughter, a British M16 analyst, tracks him down, the assassin discovers shocking news. His CIA boss has been dead for years, and the division he works for was shut down long ago. Together with his daughter, he investigates and tries to find out who is behind the assignments.

Eckart as an action hero is nothing new in recent years. Sometimes there is something reasonable in between but this is certainly not that. Very mediocre film, old-fashioned B level, old school but outdated action scenes. Picturesque pictures of Malta should try to raise the level a bit. Both leading actors are not suitable to carry a film: Eckart looks very tired and uninspired. Former child star Breslin does not have her physical strength as an adult and her acting talent also leaves much to be desired. And the very recognized actor Roth is hidden away in a meaningless supporting role. A project that nobody seemed to believe in.
