"They're back on the mean streets. But this time, they're the good guys."
Five derailed youths escape jail time by participating in a unique training camp led by a demanding Vietnam veteran. He uses an unconventional method to teach these five individuals, who initially can't stand each other, to think and work as a team so that they can be used to rid the streets of Miami of drug traffickers and other scum.
