Polar Storm plot
Part of the planet Kopernikus breaks off and crashes to Earth. This upsets the magnetic field on Earth. Severe storms threaten much of the United States. Researcher James Mayfield had previously warned the government about these storms. He must now do everything in his power to save his family, who are directly threatened by the storms.
