It stars Theo James, Kaya Scodelario, Daniel Ings, Joely Richardson, Giancarlo Esposito, Peter Serafinowicz, Vinnie Jones, Chanel Cresswell, Max Beesly and Ray Winstone.
Ritchie previously stated his excitement at returning to the world of The Gentlemen after five years.
"The world of The Gentlemen is a little bit of me, I'm thrilled that with Netflix, Miramax and Moonage we have this opportunity to inhabit it once again," he said.
"We're looking forward to bringing fans back into that world, introducing new characters and their stories and I am excited to be doing it with this extremely talented cast."
The Gentlemen movie was a critical and commercial success and earned $115 million on a budget of $22m. It starred Matthew McConaughey, Charlie Hunnam, Henry Golding, Michelle Dockery, Jeremy Strong, Eddie Marsan, Colin Farrell, and Hugh Grant.
