Richard Hammond and James May celebrate the glory of the combustion engine and look back on the muscle car race in Detroit. The days of roaring V8s and stinking diesels are pretty much numbered… And they simply have to be fought against! The gentlemen think it is time to celebrate the smell of petrol one more time with a mix of classic road trips, looking back on memorable stunts and legendary cars, but then with the usual dose of sarcasm, self-mockery and pure chaos.
