Santas Garnachas plot

Santas Garnachas takes viewers into the world of Mexican street food, with attention to the people who prepare the food and to the critical gourmets. The dish that is central to the series is Garnacha. In this dish, a corn tortilla is generously garnished, for example with beans, (grated) cheese, onions and/or chili peppers. The dish comes from the Oaxaxa region, and is very popular on street corners and markets.

Boeiende docu, maar echt smakelijk oogt het bij mij allemaal niet, en hygienisch al helemaal niet. Ooit in Mexico aan een kraampje streetfood gegeten, en het resultaat was enorm ziek en drie dagen op het toilet.....

Fascinating documentary, but it doesn't look very tasty to me, and certainly not hygienic. Once ate street food at a stall in Mexico, and the result was extremely sick and three days on the toilet.....
