One day, mysterious parasites appear from the sky. They take over human hosts by force, grow stronger and subsequently kill other people. To prevent the invading creatures from taking over the world, humanity must work together. Heading the anti-parasite unit is Jun-kyung, who lost her husband during the invasion and wants to eradicate all parasites. In this chaotic world, Kang-woo tries to find his missing younger sister and Su-in has a parasite in her head that cannot completely take over her mind.
